Foresight Psychological Institute publishes clinical, assessment, and educational content across this network of sites. This page explains who creates that content, what it draws on, and how it’s kept current — the same standard applies across our therapy practice, our testing and assessment practice, and our tutoring practice, each of which has its own page describing how that standard applies to their content specifically.
Who Creates and Reviews Our Content
Clinical and assessment content across this network is created and clinically reviewed by Dr. Alan S. Jacobson, Psy.D., MBA, a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 25 years of practice experience. See his full biography and credentials and licensure for verification. Pages that carry a “Clinically Reviewed By” byline name the reviewer and the date of that page’s most recent clinical review.
What Informs Our Content
Content is grounded in Dr. Jacobson’s clinical training and direct practice experience, professional guidelines from bodies including the American Psychological Association, and peer-reviewed research in clinical psychology, psychological assessment, and educational psychology. Where content describes a specific evaluation methodology or accommodations process, it reflects the actual process used in this practice, not a generic description.
How We Use AI Tools
AI tools may assist with drafting, organizing, or formatting content on these sites. They do not originate clinical judgments, treatment recommendations, or assessment interpretations — every page is created under Dr. Jacobson’s direct review and reflects his own clinical perspective and experience, not an unreviewed AI output.
Review & Updates
Clinical and assessment pages are reviewed periodically and after any relevant change in licensure, professional guidelines, or practice offerings. Reviewed pages display a “last reviewed” date; this policy page itself is reviewed at least annually.
